Related Group and Integra Investments secured a $527 million construction loan from TYKO Capital for the St. Regis Residences in Miami's South Brickell neighborhood. The 50-story tower will feature 152 condominiums, with over 60% already in contract. Amenities include a fitness center, pickleball court, private marina, and an indoor lap pool. Culinary options will feature the St. Regis Tea Room and a fine-dining restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi.
